Hola!

HELLO! I am now in GUATEMALA! The hotel in Antigua is beautiful and the food is scrumptious! Today we performed our first drama! Our team went to a village in Guatemala city! Guatemala is gorgeous! It took us 3 hours by bus and 1 hour by boat to arrive there. Our drama went very well! It was amazing to see all these hands raise up to pray for salvation! The kids there are adorable but when they find out that you have goodies...they SWARM around you!!! haha.

So let me tell you a bit about Guatemala! The roads are VERY narrow and dangerous! Drivers there are pretty scary. I don't know how the bus driver does it...but major kudos to him! Guatemala, as you probably know from the news, has volcanos! The condition has improved a lot! You can see some mud slides from the topical storm. Everything in Guatemala is crowded and the markets are packed!!! The water is VERY dirty but the view is breath taking. Everything is so green! Oh and in the hotel we aren't allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet because Guatemala doesn't reallyhave a sewage system, so if we do put toilet paper in there, our rooms have the potential to be flooded!

To recap the great message to night.... It was about our identity in Christ and how we all desire to be known (even God!). Who are we? We ARE the disciples of Christ whom Jesus LOVES! amazing, right??

Ahhh!!!!I wish I could expand more but my 15 minutes is up!

Please continue to pray that God uses me and changes me! Thank you!!! (:

Love,

Michelle
